The cooperative aims to establish and manage intergenerational learning and living spaces where life and learning are combined in interaction through the joint self-help of its members. The cooperative can carry out all commercial, financial, and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the cooperative or are suitable for promoting or facilitating it. The cooperative can acquire suitable properties and, if necessary, renovate and/or rebuild them, taking into account ecological criteria. Properties whose purposeful management appears hopeless are to be resold. The cooperative can establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad and participate in other companies at home and abroad. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented.
