The cooperative aims to develop real estate projects, acquire, sell and finance plots of land, as well as rent and manage properties for its members through joint self-help in accordance with Art. 828 OR. The cooperative may participate in other companies and conduct investment and financing transactions. The cooperative may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish similar or related companies, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
