The cooperative also seeks to enable the operation of a hospitality business as a place for social encounters, social activities, cultural preservation, and leisure activities, as well as to host cultural events. Additionally, the cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing and workplaces. To achieve these goals, the cooperative may enter into lease and rental agreements, as well as acquire properties and building rights.
