Aims to promote and provide affordable housing in ownership or rental, as well as the construction and acquisition of residential buildings and apartments, excluding any speculative intent of its members, in accordance with the federal Housing Promotion and Home Ownership Act (WEG). May promote age-, disability- and family-friendly housing options, provide infrastructure facilities, acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses of all kinds, and sell plots of land or parts thereof.
