The cooperative pursues the purpose of jointly promoting, disseminating and fostering emancipatory and left-wing literature, as well as creating corresponding information spaces. In pursuit of this overall purpose, the Paranoia City Verlag cooperative operates a book publishing business. This includes conception, editing, proofreading, layout, as well as organization of production, trade, distribution and marketing of books - in collaboration with authors, translators, graphic designers and other specialists. The publishing business is not operated for profit and is managed according to the principle of self-management. The cooperative may establish branches and participate in other cooperatives with the same or similar purpose, as well as perform all legal transactions that directly or indirectly serve to achieve its purposes.
