The cooperative pursues the purpose of providing its members with healthy, affordable, and age-appropriate housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility, and maintaining it, while safeguarding the long-term interests of the cooperative as a whole. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
