To achieve this purpose, the cooperative aims to: a) maintain the property at Technikumstrasse 90 and possibly adjacent properties. b) carry out careful and ongoing maintenance as well as periodic renovation of the buildings and their surroundings. c) create funds for the targeted preservation of the cooperative's purpose. d) provide ideal and material support to efforts and organizations with the same or similar objectives. The cooperative operates in a non-profit sense and enables support for social projects, culture, and aid organizations. The cooperative can participate in or become a member of companies, organizations, and associations with the same or similar objectives and those that require close, joint cooperation.
