The cooperative aims to provide its members with cost-effective and attractive infrastructure facilities through joint self-help and to maintain them. To this end, it can cooperate with the Haus des Sports foundation and have a seat on the foundation board in order to achieve the cooperative's purpose. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land, as well as enter into all business transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting its purpose or are related to it.
