It strives to offer its spaces to all segments of the population and to preserve the diversity of nature in the sense of environmental protection. It promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. The cooperative can offer spaces for commercial services in its buildings. The cooperative can acquire, sell, encumber, manage, rent, and develop properties. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) the acquisition of building land and building rights; b) the construction and acquisition of housing that meets current cooperative housing needs; c) careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings according to ecological principles; d) the preservation and promotion of biodiversity through careful and sustainable management of cooperative properties; e) the creation of an inclusive, non-discriminatory space for coexistence; f) the construction of replacement buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner; g) the management and rental of apartments on a cost-rent basis; h) the promotion of activities in the settlement in accordance with the purposes of the cooperative; i) ideological and material support for social and political endeavors that aim to provide good, ecological, and affordable housing and living.
