The cooperative's purpose is to provide its members with permanent housing with communal facilities at affordable financial conditions through mutual self-help. The cooperative's activity is not profit-oriented. The cooperative acquires or builds residential buildings and rents them out to its members at cost-covering rates. It ensures the maintenance and renewal of its properties to preserve the quality of living and housing.
