Genossenschaft Tällihütte

The cooperative is an association of members of the Haslital mountain guide association and other friends of mountain sports, aiming to create, operate and maintain a mountain hut at the foot of the Tällistock for its members. To the extent that the mountain hut is not fully utilized by the members themselves, it is also open to third parties. It can also create, establish, acquire, operate or participate in other facilities serving the promotion of mountain sports. Furthermore, it can acquire or sell real estate and enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are related to it.
