The cooperative aims to preserve the natural environment by promoting sustainability in the construction and real estate industry. It participates in companies (hereinafter referred to as subsidiaries) and implements circular and cooperative action and thinking in the subsidiaries. The cooperative members share resources and exchange ideas, know-how, and experiences, and support each other in the exercise of their professional activities. The cooperative can also directly promote projects of its subsidiaries or third parties that are in line with the purpose of the cooperative. The cooperative can establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, hold and manage intellectual property rights, acquire and sell properties and real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are directly or indirectly related to the cooperative's purpose, or that promote the subsidiaries. The cooperative can conduct financing transactions and provide security for the obligations of its members and subsidiaries, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, global assignments, and security transfers.
