The purpose of the cooperative is to provide its members with heat energy in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner, primarily on a non-profit basis, through joint self-help and without any speculative intent. To this end, it operates and maintains one or more wood chip firing plants and the associated heat distribution networks. The cooperative can participate directly or indirectly in the creation and operation of wood chip firing plants, acquire and sell properties, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish similar or related companies, and conduct all other business and take measures that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
