The cooperative aims to create and operate a wood chip district heating system to promote or secure the economic interests of its members through joint self-help. It is intended to ensure the necessary heat for heating and hot water for the properties located in the catchment area. The cooperative can carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are related to the purpose of the cooperative or are suitable to promote it. The cooperative can acquire, sell and encumber properties, even if they are not related to the business.
