Genossenschaft Waldriedpark

The cooperative aims to create comfortable single-family homes or corresponding residential units in the Waldried estate in Muri, in order to promote the economic interests of its members and in joint self-help, excluding any speculative intention. In doing so, it pursues the purpose of promoting ownership in the sense of the federal Housing and Ownership Promotion Act (WEG) as well as corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land or parts thereof in ownership or building rights, build, acquire, manage, rent or sell houses. Members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire land or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses.
