Genossenschaft Weingut Villa Krämerstein

The cooperative aims to promote biological viticulture, particularly in the Villa Krämerstein park, and to establish and maintain one or more vineyards, cultivate grapes, care for and operate the vineyards, and process and utilize the yield, all for the benefit of its members through mutual self-help. The cooperative may conduct any business that is suitable to promote the purpose stated in paragraph 1 or that is directly or indirectly related to it. It may acquire or lease land, establish or rent necessary facilities, and make corresponding plans. The cooperative may participate in enterprises that serve its purpose and may transfer individual business operations to third parties for execution. It may also acquire, manage, and sell properties.
