The cooperative aims to purchase, sustainably manage and rent residential space in Winterthur. It provides its members with permanent residential space, workspace and communal facilities in this building. The cooperative rents out the apartments to its members at cost price. The cooperative's activity is not profit-oriented. It enables its members to live independently and largely self-managed. However, it can also transfer the management of the property to a specialized external company.
