The cooperative aims to realize housing projects to provide age-appropriate living space at financially sustainable conditions, preferably for people over 60, to live together in a community, in mutual respect for and with each other. To this end, the cooperative can acquire and sell properties, build and renovate buildings, rent and lease rooms, and manage properties. In particular, it can also divide properties it owns into condominium ownership and sell the condominium units to its members or rent out the condominium units it owns. The cooperative can participate in institutions with the same or similar purpose and promote such institutions.
