The cooperative pursues the purpose of procuring and maintaining affordable housing in accordance with the Housing Construction and Home Ownership Promotion Act (WEG), the Housing Promotion Act (WFG), and corresponding cantonal and communal ordinances, excluding any profit-oriented and speculative intentions. The cooperative may establish branch offices in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell properties, and enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it. The cooperative operates on the principle of non-profitability. The funds generated serve the purpose of the company, unless the statutes provide otherwise.
