In a spirit of mutual self-help, particularly for its members, the cooperative operates a training center and conducts seminars, further education and coaching, aiming to promote human awareness, inner growth, interpersonal relationships and respect for all nature and existence. The cooperative is a non-profit community. Additionally, it aims to buy and sell plots of land and properties, their brokerage and management, as well as the rental and management of real estate.
