a) The cooperative aims to provide housing for people in the second half of life who want to live together in some form of house or residential community. To this end, it can buy or sell properties and land, rent and lease properties, and lease building rights, as well as renovate or develop the same. The cooperative usually retains a property for at least 10 years before a sale can be considered. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
b) The cooperative carries out orders for third parties in the fields of consulting, coaching, development, and support for housing in the second half of life.
c) The cooperative can take on administrative mandates.
