The cooperative pursues the purpose of creating and maintaining affordable residential and commercial spaces through joint self-help and co-responsibility, in particular to enable the operation of a guesthouse at Metzggasse 9 in Winterthur. It promotes cultural and political exchange to the extent of its spatial and financial capabilities. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) management and rental of commercial and residential spaces on a cost-rent basis. The cooperative is based on the calculation model of the City of Zurich; b) careful maintenance and periodic renewal of existing buildings; c) construction and acquisition of commercial and residential properties. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not aimed at generating profits.
