The company's purpose is (i) the preparation, consulting, provision of courses (in-person, online, hybrid, or any other combination of these formats), and related evaluation activities, particularly those with legal, financial, strategic, or sustainable economic content in higher education in Switzerland, the European Union, and other sovereign states, (ii) all professional consulting services in communication and providing advice on academic matters of any nature to the extent they concern higher education and/or communication training, as well as (iii) any other activity associated with the aforementioned objectives, regardless of where it is carried out. The company may, excluding activities prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE): engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
