The company's purpose is to carry out and manage real estate promotions, the purchase, sale and rental of real estate, as well as all movable, immovable and financial activities both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of any operation subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all economic, industrial, financial, movable and immovable operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing the company's purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees if it serves its interests.
