The property, Land Registry Laufen, parcel 1684, as described above, including any furniture, shall be made available to an active or retired pastor or pastor's wife to be designated by the Board of Trustees. Should it no longer be possible to use the property in accordance with the previous purpose of the foundation, it shall be made available for a church or church-social purpose of the Roman Catholic parish of Laufen or another Roman Catholic church institution of the Laufental valley against a corresponding fee for the necessary maintenance.
