The foundation's purpose is: to provide financial support to the Konzert Theater Bern KTB foundation, based in Bern (CHE-255.374.379), earmarked for the support of musical projects (such as classical music, operettas, etc.) with an average share of around 40% of the annual distributable assets; to provide financial support to the Jeki Bern foundation, based in Bern (CHE-469.448.855), with an average share of around 20% of the annual distributable assets; to provide financial support to the Diaconis foundation, based in Bern (CHE-105.832.741), with an average share of around 20% of the annual distributable assets, earmarked for the provision of palliative care; to provide financial support to the Insel Gruppe AG, based in Bern (CHE-433.951.264), with an average share of around 20% of the annual distributable assets. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. The foundation has a non-profit character.
