to maintain the memory of Hans Wilsdorf within the families of his two nieces, Paula Kübel and Maria Köning, and their descendants, to promote social and family cohesion among these families and to support their members and their spouses; support contributions may be made, in particular, in the form of education contributions, training contributions and/or contributions to family formation or professional establishment, support for needy persons due to age, retirement, illness, disability, orphanhood, poverty, similar reasons, etc.; these support contributions may be made once, for a limited period or for the duration of the proven need; if a need is demonstrated, the foundation may grant loans, for example to establish or secure a professional future; the foundation may make contributions or implement projects in the sense of promoting families as a whole (family membership, family reunions, etc.); in all cases of war or political unrest, payments made by the foundation must be automatically suspended if their delivery to foreign beneficiaries risks compromising, directly or indirectly, the operation or management of the foundation's assets or part of them.
