Geschwister Wirz-Stiftung

The purpose of the foundation is to support works of Christian charity from the income of the foundation's assets, exceptionally from the capital. One third of the funds shall be used for works that help elderly people in the canton of Basel-Stadt. Two thirds of the funds shall be used for works that help children in foster care in Switzerland. Where possible, such works shall be preferred that particularly support Swiss beneficiaries of Protestant faith or Jehovah's Witnesses. In fulfillment of its purpose, the foundation may establish further foundations and participate in purpose-related works in any suitable form.
