The company may also carry out all activities in the field of construction and renovation of real estate, in particular the study, planning, promotion and realization of construction of any kind, the provision of all services in this field, as well as the acquisition, brokerage, holding, management, financing and disposal of real estate, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the purpose.
