The purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of participations, directly or indirectly, in any company or commercial, financial, movable or immovable enterprise, it being specified that the company may not hold, in Switzerland, participations in real estate companies with exclusively commercial use. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, in particular by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
