Acquisition of affordable housing through the construction and purchase of residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. The cooperative may buy and sell plots of land, build or acquire houses, sell apartments and parts of buildings, grant rights similar to ownership and rent them out. It may also participate in companies of a similar nature.
