The purpose of the company is: to develop and offer a system for analyzing and evaluating non-profit organizations active in Switzerland or abroad, enabling donors to measure the levels of application of their fundamental or constitutional values (humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, transparency, accountability, solidarity, participation, etc.), as well as integrated organizational management (organizational or institutional management). To offer, in particular in the aforementioned field, all consulting and support services intended for public or private, institutional or individual donors, when choosing beneficiaries of donations, active in Switzerland or abroad and having the status of a non-profit organization. To offer all advice and assistance in economic, technical, social or diplomatic fields to public or private entities based in Switzerland or abroad. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or found companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its social purpose.
