The company's purpose is: - all personal services and medical care as well as home care of any kind; - all concierge services; all services in the field of catering; - the acquisition, development, construction, operation, rental and sale of properties and real estate rights, and in general all other real estate transactions within the limits provided by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its members and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by members and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
