The preservation, protection, promotion and support of the arts, crafts, artisanal trades, design, creativity, related professions and culture. In order to achieve its purpose, the Foundation may organize cultural, scientific, historical, promotional and/or other activities in favor of artisans, master craftsmen, artists, designers and creators. For example, the Foundation may organize any activity that contributes (i) to the professional development and growth of artisans, master craftsmen, artists, designers and creators in favor of creativity and craftsmanship, (ii) to their visibility, (iii) to the creation of job opportunities in these sectors, (iv) to the transmission of their know-how, etc. Furthermore, the Foundation may also organize any activity that contributes to professional training in these same fields, such as the awarding of scholarships, the annual award of the 'Ghada Hijjawi Qaddumi' prize and the publication of an encyclopedia of craftsmanship. In general, the Foundation may contribute to and/or sponsor any initiative and/or organization related to the aforementioned fields and/or undertake any activity deemed appropriate to achieve its purpose.
