The cooperative aims to jointly procure means (financial and technological) to promote its members in the areas of development, manufacturing and distribution, as well as the operation of environmentally friendly technologies in the field of energy production and consumption. In this context, the cooperative also aims to explore and promote mineral resources. The cooperative is active domestically and internationally. The cooperative can acquire, broker and sell properties, in particular, it can enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are directly or indirectly related to the cooperative's purpose or that are suitable to promote the cooperative's purpose and the economic interests of its members. It can establish branch offices and subsidiaries domestically and internationally.
