The company's purpose is the construction, transformation, development, renovation and promotion of all real estate, as a general contractor, on behalf of third parties or on its own account, the management of all real estate matters, the purchase, sale, brokerage, as well as all operations related to this field of activity, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); the operation of cafes, restaurants and hotels and, in general, the operation of all public establishments and all activities related to catering and gastronomy; trade, i.e. import-export, purchase and sale of all goods and products; all activities related to the transportation of goods and persons of all kinds, national and international, taxi services, limousines, minibuses and car rental with or without drivers, as well as all services in the field of transportation; to subscribe, directly or indirectly, to all shares, bonds and participation certificates of Swiss and foreign companies listed on the stock exchange or not, and to invest in such securities; to make or have made stock market investments, including on futures and options markets; to take participations in holding and financial companies and in companies with a similar purpose or aimed at promoting its expansion (for full purpose see articles of association).
