The company's purpose is to operate a construction business: stone cutting, decorative stonework, landscaping, property management, facade renovation, implementation of architectural projects, stone laying, creation of bathrooms, renovation of sculptures or any other activity in the field of building construction. The company may also manage the acquisition and administration of participations in all companies, including the acquisition, management, holding and sale of participations in other companies or commercial, industrial or financial enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, and in real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly, in its own name and on its own account or on behalf of third parties as investments or for any other reason, excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all activities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. The company may grant or take out loans to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties, and grant or take out guarantees of any kind to these same entities.
