The company aims to promote, disseminate, organize and manage amateur sports activities, including training, education, preparation and assistance for amateur sports activities, with particular reference to the sport of gymnastics, updating and improvement for instructors, technicians, coaches and sports operators, even through internships, workshops and seminars, in compliance with the regulations in force regarding sports training. The company may also carry out any activity necessary or useful for achieving the social purpose, including, by way of example: the management and operation of multi-purpose sports and recreational facilities of any kind, sports equipment enabled for sports practice, whether owned or belonging to third parties, including the maintenance of the facilities, infrastructure, equipment both owned and leased from public entities or rented from private entities, with the possibility of granting third parties the use or utilization, in any capacity, even partial or temporary, the establishment of summer and winter centers with sports, cultural, recreational, tourist and leisure purposes, the promotion and implementation of sports and training projects in collaboration with schools, educational institutions and universities, aimed at motor education, health and the dissemination of sports culture, recreational activities including the management of bars, restaurants, refreshment points and vending machines, connected to the facilities where the activity is carried out; the establishment of relationships and the signing of agreements with public entities to collaborate in the management of sports facilities and related green or equipped areas, the promotion of sports, cultural and recreational activities and the activities carried out by the participants or members of the reference sports organizations, even through participation in trade fairs, the carrying out of advertising actions, the promotion and publicity of its own activity and image using drawings, emblems and anything else necessary even through the management of sports product shops within the facilities themselves; the preparation of catalogs and any other promotional means deemed appropriate, the carrying out of market studies and research, the use and development of digital and technological tools, online platforms, applications and multimedia content aimed at the dissemination, promotion, organization and management of sports and training activities; the organization of sports teams for participation in championships, competitions, contests and events; the organization of introductory courses; the promotion of educational activities for the initiation, updating and improvement in the performance of the sports activity indicated above, including the organization of studies, courses and internships, committing, for the protection of the health of the members, to the repression of the use of substances or methods that may alter the natural performances of the same in sports activities; the organization, coordination and management of relations with public or private entities concerning the activities mentioned above, even through the acquisition of new concessions for the exercise of sports and recreational activities; the exercise, in a non-prevalent manner, of commercial activities (including the trade of products, equipment and accessories related to gymnastics, the production, distribution and marketing of sportswear, accessories and merchandising items related to the activity and identity of the company) with self-financing objectives; collaboration in the organization of sports events and initiatives authorized by the competent Federations; the organization of events related to the promotion of its own activities. The company can buy, sell, receive for use and grant the use of technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents, trademarks, licenses and intellectual property rights in general, particularly in the aforementioned sectors. The company can take out loans and carry out activities of granting loans, guarantees including mortgages, endorsements and surety bonds even in favor of third parties, excluding however the exercise of banking and insurance activities. The company can also buy, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and businesses based and/or operating in Switzerland and abroad, in accordance with the regulations in force. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector in Switzerland is not aimed at third parties but is exclusively limited to real estate for its own account. The company can assume, for its own account and not in a fiduciary capacity, interests and participations in other industrial, commercial, financial and service companies in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the social purpose or in other sectors and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company can finally carry out all commercial, industrial and financial or other operations deemed necessary or useful functionally connected with the corporate purpose or aimed at achieving it.
