The purpose of the association, a non-profit organization, is the direct and indirect promotion, development and support of the Gizatech Protocol as well as related blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning and general software solutions, as well as the associated community and ecosystem of the Gizatech Protocol. The association may take any necessary and suitable measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose, plan and implement initiatives, issue tokens, and participate in initiatives of other organizations, financially or otherwise, or support other organizations or individuals financially or otherwise, provided that all these activities serve the purpose of the association. The association may also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee in pursuit of its purpose. The association does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
