The company's purpose is to operate a general business in the fields of construction and renovation, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable operations, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this favors its interests. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all transactions and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto.
