The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing, new or historic, through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It ensures the preservation and maintenance, as well as sensitive expansion of locally grown settlement structures and historic buildings. The cooperative strives to offer housing for all sections of the population, especially families, people with disabilities, and the elderly. It can also provide spaces for commercial purposes. The cooperative promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It seeks to achieve this purpose through careful and ongoing maintenance, as well as periodic renewal of existing buildings, and through support for its members. The cooperative can participate in other companies with the same or similar purposes and can engage in all activities and conclude contracts that are related to the purpose of the cooperative and are suitable for promoting it, including: advising members and third parties on all matters, particularly legal, related to construction and building; acquiring properties; sanitizing members in financial difficulties and taking all necessary measures on their behalf; establishing a fund to support and sanitize members; and an assistance fund for members in retirement, and issuing the necessary regulations.
