The company's purpose is to acquire direct and indirect interests in all companies, in the sense of a holding company. With regard to real estate participations in Switzerland, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial use, in accordance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by acquiring interests in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests.
