To perform all services and product management related to golf in Switzerland and abroad and to carry out any financial or commercial operation related to its purpose or apt to favor it, all activities and services related to golf, wellness, travel and epicureanism, as well as all derived or virtual products related thereto, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the social purpose in Switzerland and abroad and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. It may participate in companies or enterprises having a similar or other purpose and create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
