Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN)

Create a fair future for all segments of the workforce and a sustainable talent pool for businesses by promoting work-based learning. To achieve this goal, GAN will act on the global stage to: a. Ensure visibility and recognition of companies actively addressing skill mismatch for all segments of the workforce through work-based learning programs, including apprenticeships, and create opportunities for inter-company partnerships; b. Facilitate the exchange of proven and promising approaches to work-based learning among private sector companies, employer federations, labor and education administrations, thought leaders, and innovators; c. Enhance the status of apprentices and advocate for work-based learning and vocational training.
