The activity of designing, developing and manufacturing software, both proprietary and third-party, and in general the provision of services to companies, connected to the consulting activity for the same companies mentioned above, with specific reference to marketing, communication and web activities, as well as public relations activities, back office and front office activities on behalf of third parties. All of this subject to the existence of the requirements that may be necessary and the obtaining of the authorizations that may be equally necessary for the exercise of one or part or all of the activities mentioned above. The company may, directly or indirectly, acquire participations or interests in other companies for the purpose of stable investment and not for placement, provided that the measure and object of the participation do not substantially modify the object determined by the articles of association. The acquisition of participations involving unlimited liability must be submitted to the decision of the shareholders. The company may also carry out any commercial, industrial, financial, real estate and financial operation deemed necessary or useful by the administrators, as it is accessory and instrumental to the achievement of the company's purpose, including the provision of guarantees, sureties and any real guarantee.
