The company has the following purposes, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), both in Switzerland and abroad: all brokerage activities, notably in the fields of insurance and real estate; all insurance advice and setting up of real estate financing; all business leases; the trade and marketing of all consumer goods; all advice and distribution of international insurance in Switzerland and worldwide; any advisory activity in administrative, commercial, investment matters; the import-export of goods; the collection of commissions; the purchase, sale, construction, development and exploitation of real estate, as well as real estate brokerage, transactions and promotions; offering individuals and companies all services in the fields of investments, marketplaces, business creation, notably, the organization of partnerships, mergers/acquisitions and international trade; buying, holding and selling all shares in companies. The company may: in general, carry out all activities and perform all operations, commercial and financial, movable and immovable, in direct or indirect relation with its corporate purpose or capable of promoting it, as well as take shares in all commercial companies having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose; establish branches and create subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
