The company's purpose is to buy, sell, exchange, primarily or as an agent on a commission basis, in the field of all real estate transactions abroad, as well as to participate in the management of real estate assets located outside of Switzerland. Any commercial, management, consulting, infrastructure construction, maintenance, supply of goods and services in the real estate sector, as well as in the field of renewable energies related to real estate abroad. Any international commercial, industrial or financial activity, as well as investments in all technological and/or development projects directly or indirectly related to real estate projects outside of Switzerland. Any service provision activity in Switzerland, as well as the acquisition, holding and sale of participations in all commercial, industrial and financial companies with a similar purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may finance its projects through private loans and/or institutional financing. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
