The company may acquire, sell, manage real estate and act as an intermediary for these assets in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad, establish subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad as well as participate in all transactions and conclude all contracts that are likely to promote, directly or indirectly, the purpose of the company.
