Company service activity, namely all advisory and technical assistance activities in the field of international trade and commercial credit support, particularly in the field of raw materials (excluding precious stones and metals) as well as for the implementation of operational risk management in raw materials trading; these advisory services will include, among other things, guarantee management, inventory management, third-party storage of raw materials, inspection, verification, monitoring, quantity and quality control, sampling and analysis of goods; the services will also be extended to verification of standards and import verification programs, monitoring of aid programs committed by donors (cf. statutes for full purpose).
