The Company's purpose is the acquisition, refining and sale, as well as, in general, the trade in and with precious metals, in particular gold and platinum. It also aims to engage in the purchase and sale of jewelry, precious stones and numismatics, luxury gifts. The company also has the purpose of secure storage of precious metals on behalf of third parties, including management and safekeeping. It may carry out any advisory and expert activity related to its main purpose. The Company may participate in other companies as well as acquire, operate, manage and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, specifying that real estate acquisitions in Switzerland will be limited to exclusively commercial properties. The Company may create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and, in addition, perform all legal acts that the Company's purpose may imply or that are likely to promote its development or that of group companies. More generally, the Company may participate in all means, in all operations that may relate to its purpose by way of creation of new companies, subscriptions, or purchases of securities or social rights, mergers or others, as well as all operations whatsoever directly or indirectly related to the social purpose or to any similar or ancillary purpose, and likely to promote the development of the Company or that of group companies. Finally, the Company may grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of all kinds, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
